
Tech Mahindra and Google to Jointly Promote Generative AI

Tech Mahindra has formed a strategic partnership with Google Cloud to enhance generative AI adoption and drive digital transformation across Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M). This collaboration aims to leverage AI and machine learning technologies to improve various aspects of M&M’s operations, including engineering, supply chain management, pre-sales, and after-sales services.
As part of the agreement, Tech Mahindra will lead cloud transformation and digitization efforts for M&M's workspaces while deploying their data platform on Google Cloud. The companies plan to utilize Google Cloud’s AI technologies to develop AI-driven applications that address critical business areas, such as detecting manufacturing anomalies to prevent breakdowns, optimizing energy efficiency, improving vehicle safety, and enhancing reliability—all of which aim to boost the overall customer experience.
Rucha Nanavati, Mahindra Group’s CIO, emphasized the partnership's role in advancing customer experience through AI-powered insights and praised Tech Mahindra’s leadership in implementing these transformative services. This collaboration is seen as a major step in embracing technological innovation to set new industry standards.
